Where do I even begin with explaining how amazing Yami is? I can't even get over how well my wedding day went because of her. Yami was recommended to me by my venue and I decided to use her because she seemed familiar with the space and that meant a lot to me. She was so incredibly helpful in the year leading up to my wedding. Even though I only hired her for day of services, she really went above and beyond answering so many emails from me during the planning process. When my wedding day came, she was so amazing at making sure everything went smoothly and making sure my husband and I had a great time. Her team worked flawlessly to make my wedding go as smoothly as possible. They did all the decorating and set up. Yami also has lawn games that I rented, as well as her own miscellaneous decor which she used around our wedding. It turned out so beautiful! Yami and her team were all so kind and professional. They were a dream to work with. We honestly had the best time at our wedding because we didn't have to worry or care about anything. Yami took it all on for us. We also used her photo booth and it was huge hit! I can't recommend Yami enough. She's truly so so so great at what she does.

My husband and I got engaged a little over a year ago and initially wanted to wait a few years before we got married. Instead in January this year we decided that we would get married in 2019 and were able to secure a place with short notice for September 2019. Yami was recommended to us by the venue and as soon as we met we knew she would be the perfect fit for a day of coordinator. Not sure what I was expecting out of a "DAY" coordinator but Yami exceeded all expectations for a day of. She was always available for questions and offered us great suggestions. We always felt such a great positive vibe from Yami and she made our entire process as smooth as possible. I'm sure plenty of things didn't go according to plan (as expected) but Yami stayed on top of our timeline so that we could do everything we dreamed of. I was the happiest bride at my wedding and Yami made sure of that. Even after our wedding she has been there for us and continued to help with a lot. Yami is AMAZING! My husband and I hired her for her photo booth and to have as our day of wedding coordinator! My family and I loved working with her and having her be apart of my big day! Everything ran smoothly. Yami went above and beyond to be there for me in every way, she always answered any questions and gave opinions based on her years of experience. Our guests raved about how fun the photobooth was! She brings all of her own props and sign. Many nice back drops to choose from. I couldn't imagine having it any other way. Thank you Yami!

Yami, from our initial consultation with her at the venue to the actual day of our wedding, proved phenomenal, supportive, and outstanding in her professionalism, attention to detail, and helpfulness. Yami was our Day of Coordinator and she went above and beyond service. From her helping us find vendors who fit our budget and style, to managing guests who decided to raid the dessert bar before it was ready, she made sure our wedding was a day of joy, smooth sailing, and one that we both seriously cherish. She is calm and manages her team with an ease of command that let us both relax and enjoy the day. Cannot recommend her enough, she's our absolute favorite.

Were do I start my wedding was 3/31/19 at Calamigos Ranch . We are still on our wedding high because it was so magical . Magical because yami the owner of Magical events made that happen .
We were engaged 2/18 and started planning . I was referred to yami by one of my co workers , I was mentioning to her that I have been shopping around looking for a day of event planner . She had mentioned she had a perfect person for me to say the least . Fast forward to meeting yami she was very friendly , accommodating, helpful , resourceful , and had felt already like a friend . This review is so important because anyone looking for a wedding planner or photo booth you need to know hiring this business , you will be hiring with confidence. Also being same sex couple sometimes people don't always treat you the same with yami that was never a worry . I feel I gained a new friend .
My wedding had a vision and a theme I knew I was going to be very particular and yami took me on as a challenge . She didn't only just do her job she brought it and then some . On top of all my decor ( which looked amazing )
She kept the flow of my wedding time line on the dot and kept my guest happy and entertained .

Working with Yamileth was a complete joy! I was stressed, planning my wedding while living 3 hours away, and in addition, our venue had burnt down in a fire, but was scheduled to rebuild. From the start, Yamileth was happy to meet with me, answer my questions, and she continually calmed me throughout the process (especially about the venue). On the day of, she took care of everything. I had tons of details and DIY crafts, and she put them all in the right places and made sure to check up on me during the process. I would definitely recommend her!
