Coordinating packages
With our partial planning package we include unlimited communication at signing of contract, 2 in person meetings, vendor referrals, contract reviewal, and we step in and take over vendor communication 3 months before the big day. Plus everything included in our Month of coordinating services.
With our full service planning package we will be involved in all aspects of your event, front start to finish. Including but not limited to venue selection, acquiring and negotiating deals with vendors, finalizing details to ensure your event runs seamlessly. Plus everything included in our Month of coordinating services.
So you have crossed all your t's and dotted all your i's. You already have everything planned and taken care of for your big day, but you still need a highly skilled professional to help build your timeline as well as manage your timeline and vendors on the day of your event? We offer an hourly a la carte package for $225 an hour with a minimum of 4hrs for those clients who only need assistance with their timeline. Note, set up and breakdown of decor is not included in this package.
